In this article I am going to talk about how to overcome writer's block. Writer's block is a common problem which prevents you from writing or completing a task on time. You might find yourself stuck on an idea and not know what to do next, or find yourself with a blank page in front of you and no words coming out of your mind. Writer's block can come from different places, such as panic attacks, being too hard on yourself, fear of failure or fear that people won't like what you write. Whatever the reason is for your writer's block however, it can feel frustrating and demoralizing when the words just aren't flowing out as planned. How to overcome writer's block, is a bit of a difficult question, as everyone goes through their own thing, so I will try to give you some tips that worked for me. The first thing that helped me a lot was to change my writing habits. This included working on a topic or project that I didn't have time for before, and scheduling my entire day around the things I needed to complete. This allowed me to take my time without being too overwhelmed with what I was doing and taking breaks when I needed them to think about the project at hand. Another tip is to let your mind wander and do something else until you feel like you've gotten all the ideas out of your head. You can then go back and pick out what you were thinking about and use those as the basis of your writing. I would recommend doing this exercise in a notebook so you can see what was going through your mind and connect similar ideas. Another option for me was to write first thing in the morning, because I tend to be more focused and creative in the morning than other times of the day. If you find yourself having writer's block at another time, try taking a break from whatever it is that's bothering you and do something else for a while, go for a walk or read something unrelated to whatever it is that's stressing you out. Another tip is to write on several topics at the same time, so you don't get bored with one and can switch topics on a whim. One thing that helps me is to write on a topic that I've been thinking about and can't seem to get out of my head. You could also ask yourself questions while you're writing, for example: "Why does this subject seem so important right now? Why am I really writing this? What is the point of this?" Finally if all else fails , try to write something out before you set out in the morning, otherwise when it comes time to actually put pen to paper or fingers to keyboard, you'll be too mentally drained from trying before. Remember that the important thing is to keep writing, because no matter how much pressure you're under, you're always better off just getting your ideas out of your head onto paper, so that way they stop bothering you so much. Write something at least once a day even if it doesn't seem like you are making progress, because it's important for your creativity and stress levels. If nothing else, write at least 1 paragraph - preferably more than that - but keep writing or else writer's block will not be defeated.Bibliografía https://courses.citd.umontreal. cfa1e77820
